We're reaching a pivotal moment with our campus. We all know the issues that affect it. The issues are outpacing the solutions. Why is that? Why can't we make being unable to register for the classes we need a thing of the past. Like castaways, we are left to fend for ourselves. Why can't we feel safe walking home from a class at night!? Constantly looking over our shoulders like we're prey. Why must we wait several weeks before we are given the physical and mental health that is essential to our success on this campus!? Why does it feel like the student government is more concerned with handing out hoodies than addressing these and many of the other issues? They’re the link between us and the administration, are they not? With less than half the student population electing our student leaders can we be surprised?
